<p>The workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the needs and challenges related with project monitoring and reporting in the context of 2014-2020 Interreg programmes. We aim to provide a range of practical discussions, advice and inspiration that can be used by Joint Secretariats, Managing Authorities, Contact Points when dealing with projects' implementation.</p>

<p>Going through the main characteristics of largely adopted practices of monitoring and reporting in Interreg (2007-2013), it will be possible to understand what are the main difficulties and bottlenecks, advantages and possibility of simplification that project partners and Programme bodies will face in this process.</p>

<p>In addition, participants will learn about experiences from programmes already going through this stage, what are the main aspects to be considered tracking the project implementation and its result-orientation, or possible features towards the simplification of these procedures, thus making Programmes´authorities work more efficient.</p>
