As a result of great interest in our previous Project Management Camps on the topic of Project Management in the context of Interreg programmes, we held a new Camp on 12-15 September.

The training addressed all phases of the project management cycle, providing participants with an understanding of the requirements of each phase of the cycle in the context of the 2014-2020 Interreg Programmes. During the Camp participants worked on developing their facilitation skills, focusing on practical tips for improving/strengthening their work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus helping them work more efficiently with these groups.

We designed the training for programme-level staff from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities from all Interreg Programmes who are involved in project generation, development and implementation.
