Interreg project management camp

Tuesday, 28 June, 2016 to Friday, 1 July, 2016
Gothenburg, Sweden

In response to the high level of interest in our 2015 Project Management Camps, two more camps are planned for 2016; one at the end of June and one at the end of November. The camps are dedicated to the topic of Project Management in the context of Interreg programmes.

The training will address all phases of the project management cycle, providing participants with an understanding of the requirements associated with each phase of the cycle in the context of the 2014-2020 Interreg programmes. Participants will also discuss the latest trends and requirements related to management of Interreg programmes, with a focus on the contribution of a project to the programme's desired results. The event will be delivered through face-to-face training.

In addition, participants will work on developing their facilitation skills, focusing on practical tips on how to improve/strengthen their work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus on how to make their own work more efficient.

Please note that we will not be discussing programme-level procedures as part of this event. The focus of the event will be different aspects related to the project management cycle.  In addition, the content of the camp is designed for beginners and junior officers who are new to the field of project management.
