Interreg finance management camp

In response to the high level of interest in our Project Management Camps, we organised a Finance Management Camp (FMC).
The training addressed all phases of the project management cycle, providing participants with an understanding of the financial requirements associated with each phase of the cycle in the context of the 2014-2020 Interreg Programmes.
In addition, participants worked on developing their Plain Language and presentation skills. The focus was on practical tips on how to improve/strengthen their work with project applicants and beneficiaries.
The FMC was targeted at new staff, or staff new to finance, from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities, who are interested in learning more about matters related to project financial management.
