Programme management for beginners

Tuesday, 24 April, 2018 to Wednesday, 25 April, 2018
Budapest, Hungary

Based on a number of requests from Interreg programmes, and in response to the high level of interest in our two previous events of this kind, we are organizing a third "Programme management for beginners" seminar. The seminar will address all phases of an Interreg programme's cycle, to give participants the most optimal overview of programme procedures, management bodies, and regulatory and implementation requirements in the 2014-2020 period. In addition, participants will have the chance to discuss the latest trends and requirements related to management of projects, with a focus on a project's contribution to the programme's desired results.

We foresee active involvement of participants, thus the agenda contains both presentations to introduce topics, and opportunities for practical work and discussion among participants.

The seminar is targeted at new staff in Interreg programmes. Priority will be given to new staff of Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities. However, should places be available, we will welcome staff of other relevant programme bodies who are interested in learning more about programme management.

Participation in the seminar will be limited to 2 representatives per programme, to allow a wide range of programmes to take part in the event.

Additional details about this seminar, including information about the venue, will be given as part of the registration process.

If you are in any doubt as to whether or not this seminar is suitable for you, given you background and experience, please contact us before registering.
