Interreg project management camp

As a result of great interest in our previous Project management camps on the topic of project management in the context of Interreg programmes, we have decided to hold our next camp in July 2018.
We will address all phases of the project management cycle in this training, providing you with an understanding of the requirements of each phase of the cycle in the context of the 2014-2020 Interreg programmes. During the camp, you will work on developing your facilitation skills, focusing on practical tips for improving/strengthening your work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus helping you work more efficiently with these groups.
We have designed the training especially for programme-level staff from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities who are involved in project generation, development and implementation. We will not be discussing programme-level procedures during this event. Our focus will be on different aspects of the project management cycle.
Kindly note that this event is not open to project partners/lead beneficiaries.
