Interact is organising an event targeted to new staff working in Interreg-IPA CBC Programmes. We would like to offer an opportunity to strengthen the knowledge base needed to support the implementation of programmes and development of projects in the 2014-2020 period. At the event we will offer basic information about the main aspects of programme management in IPA co-financed cooperation programmes. Also, participants will have a chance to discuss the latest trends and requirements related to management of projects with a focus on a project’s contribution to the programme’s results sought. Exchange of ideas throughout the event will aid the identification of good practice that can be transferred to the work place.
