The training provided participants with an understanding of the requirements associated with project management in the context of 2014-2020 Interreg programmes, through a range of practical advice and inspiration that can be used by Contact Points when liasing with project developers, applicants and beneficiaries.

Going step-by step through some of the stages of the project lifecycle (project idea generation, development and communication) enabled participants to understand what key actions, success factors and critical aspects a project partner will face while embarking on a project.

In addition, participants worked on developing their presentation skills, focusing on practical tips on how to improve/strengthen their work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus making their own work more efficient.
