Working with indicators post 2020

Join this event and find out more about the indicators foreseen in post 2020 and get some useful input for programming through a practical exercise on intervention logic + theory of change + territorial impact assessment.
Starting with a reflection experience of working with indicators in the current period we will discuss the current indicators system from different points of views (e.g. use of indicators in reporting process, exchange on daily experiences with the current indicator system, etc).
Based on this common understanding we will then examine the draft indicator system for the future period post 2020 and discuss the indicators that are foreseen in the next period. Finally, we will close the first day with an input to data quality management.
Throughout the whole second day we will work with the theory of change (ToC) in combination with methods applied in territorial impact assessment (TIA), developed in the frame of ESPON. The whole day will be designed as a group exercise which allows you to learn the process of building an intervention logic, theory of change and TIA. The final outcome of the group work could maybe then be one beginning building block for your programming exercise, meaning you could use the building block as a starting point for your discussions and adapt it to your needs.
Throughout the workshop guidance and feedback will be available from representatives from the Evaluation Unit of DG Regio.
