Within the process we are having in the Mediterranean area regarding improving synergies and interprogramme coordination, already 4 meetings took place on What to coordinate, Who is responsible for it, How this could be done and Which tools are available to make such coordination a reality. 

This fifth meeting will focus on a thematic and cluster update relevant to all programmes before submitting the CP to the Commission and on the opportunities for complementarities (sections 1.2 and 2.1.2)  of the programme’s template. We will follow the discussion based on the notes recommended by the Commission in particular:

• Thematic mapping and line of actions, based on July’s bilateral meetings.
• EUSAIR and WestMed developments towards the Interreg family
• Bridging experiences from 2014-2020 to 2021 in Interprogramme coordination
• Type of operations to be financed and kind of calls for 2021-2027
