We hope that you managed to recharge batteries during the relaxing and sunny summer holidays and you are ready for the next close encounters with SCOs.

Over three days, we will continue our discussions on implementation aspects of SCOs, in particular, SCOs and project changes (do you remember the outcomes of the February 2020 event in Bratislava? If not, please check the event report and the Project changes and SCOs slides here).

During three days and three sessions (each session dedicated to one type of SCOs) we would like to jointly discuss relations between project changes and SCOs; to search for possible simplifications of the usually long-lasting and burdensome processes of approval and implementation of changes into ongoing projects; to identify what can be done in relation to SCOs during project preparation phase in order to limit complications due to project changes and to discuss how much flexibility and room for maneuver can be offered to projects.

 

Important: Please sign up for the specific sessions which match the types of SCO (flat rate, lump sum, unit cost) your programme plans to use in the 2021-2027 period.

Technical remark: Please do not sign up for September 28. There is no SCO project changes event planned that day (unfortunately, this is the default system setting for multiday events, that we were unable to remove).

Finance/project managers from joint secretariats/ managing authorities of Interreg programmes, working with SCOs.

Please note, that for technical reasons you can also choose to participate on 28 September, although no session will take place on that date.
