This is an online orientation training on the meaning and possible uses of HIT, Jems and keep.eu by all professionals working for the Karelia, Kolarctic and South-East Finland – Russia cross-border cooperation programmes implemented between Finland and Russia, and, in case of Kolarctic, including Sweden and Norway.

The main goal is to promote the effective understanding, and use, of HIT, Jems and keep.eu by all professionals working for the three programmes. Participation in this event is by invitation only.
