Amended General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) published in July 2021 offers the programmes more choices and opportunities to deal with State aid. The new Article 20 and Article 20a give the programmes flexibility which has not been available in such a scope until now. The meeting with the representatives of the European Commission is focused on answering the questions which might appear when revising the existing schemes, preparing the new ones and planning the practical implementation.
