Interact organises the online event in cooperation with Romanian Managing Authorities for ETC programmes.

This workshop is the second part of the event; as in the first part, which took place on 23/04/2021, we discussed simplified cost options. This time we included in the agenda case studies and examples on public procurement and issues coming from the preparation and implementation of the acquisition, and issue coming from verifications, provided by:

*Ms Marie Everat, Expert in public procurement, territorial public policies and EU funds management, Ministère del’Énergie et de l’Aménagement du territoire, Luxembourg

* Mr Dimitris Karavatos, Senior expert in matters of control and audit, with professional experience in the preparation of the technical meetings and the Homologue Group Meeting concerning audit advice and guidance on COVID-19 related measures and preparation of audit methodologies for the period 2021-2027 

* Dr Konstantinos Christodoulou, Head of Unit C' - Management Verifications, Managing Authority for the ETC programmes, Thessaloniki, Greece

The target group for this event has been restricted to staff of the different authorities of the Romanian ETC programmes – Managing Authorities, Joint Secretariats, National Authorities, National Contact Points, National Control. 

The objectives of the meeting are to provide all the relevant information and resources on specific areas of public procurement. The participants will have the opportunity to discuss, review and explore unclear aspects concerning public procurement.
