Finance Advisory for Greece

The objective of this 1,5-day meeting is to have the possibility to exchange experiences among participants from different authorities. Together with colleagues, participants will be able to identify common challenges in their daily work and share solutions and problem-solving methods.


The workshop is a targeted advisory for Greece. It focuses on a mix of workshop and discussion sessions, covering various topics such as public procurement, irregularities and fraud, simplified cost options, the Omnibus regulation and simplifications that can be implemented in this period. 


Actual work will include management verification for public procurement and financial corrections that can be applied. Experts from First Level Control unit for verifications and controls in the Managing Authority will provide first-hand experience on management verification and management verification for public procurement.


The target group for this event has been restricted to representatives of the different authorities of the Greek Interreg programmes Managing Authorities, National Authorities, and Joint Secretariats working in Greece.
