The Interact Capitalisation networks "Interreg response to migration-related challenges" and "Inclusive Growth", together with the Regional Government of Valencia and the University of Valencia, are organising this conference in order to:

  • Introduce the characteristics of migration and its opportunities for Europe and Valencia.
  • Outline the challenges of better migrants' inclusion for the European and Valencian society.
  • Showcase examples and pilot actions of migrant integration and inclusion in the European society, with a particular focus on experiences from Valencia.
  • Identify ideas and characteristics for social inclusion policies and mitigation of the migration impact.
  • Define key messages about the concept and ideas of migration.
