Irregularites - how do we manage?

The 2014 – 2020 programming period is now in the stage of the middle of implementation, majority of programmes detect first examples of irregularities. Each programme set procedures of monitoring and reporting of irregularities, there should be clear line of responsibilities towards who does recovery, withdrawal and who monitors irregularities. In addition, the preventive measures should be clearly define on how to minimise the risks of irregularities.
We organise this event in order to allow programmes to get familiar with 2007-2013 experience regarding irregularities and to exchange on current situation and challenges.
The main objectives of the event are: to learn from previous and current experience, to improve management of irregularities in order to avoid error rates at the programme level, and also to list main, still unclarified issues regarding irregularities, programmes may still have, in order to seek for common solutions and best practise cases.
The target group of the event consists people directly involved in irregularities monitoring, recovery and reporting.
In order to ensure best environment for effective exchange we have to limit overall number of participants. As we would like to invite representatives from different Member States and programmes, we aim at accepting maximum 2-3 representatives per programme/Member State.
