The European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 (EYCH) is coming to an end. Throughout the year, the European Commission has enabled people to get actively involved and to appreciate the sense of belonging in a common European space.

In this framework, all Interreg Managing Authorities within Europe responded to the call for 'best practice Interreg projects' in the cultural heritage and creative industries. They succeeded in mobilising more than 100 projects and events to apply for the EYCH labeling.

The result enabled DG REGIO and DG EAC, together with the Interact Programme to publish the e-book 'Connecting Cultures, Connected Citizens'.

Due to this successful initiative, the e-book was turned into an exhibition. We invite you to visit this exhibition 'Connecting Cultures, Connected Citizens', in Brussels at the Berlaymont (Piazza), from 10 to 20 December 2018.
