How can (proportionate) apply the 2% cut of the support from the funds for the beneficiaries and final recipients not complying with the rules on transparency and communication?

As a follow-up to the technical meeting organised in 2022, Interact organises this event to debate and consult the requirements of Article 36 (ETC) regarding the responsibilities of managing authorities and partners concerning transparency and communication. Experts in communication, irregularities, and financial corrections will provide the key information. However, this workshop foresees an active contribution from all participants.

Yet the current status poses questions about proportionality when applying the provisions of Article 36 (ETC). Thus, we are committed to accurately understanding the requirements and supporting the process of drafting a methodology. In this sense, we aim to provide additional support from other programmes.
