This meeting is an urgent response towards needs expressed during the Regional Network meeting of North East Europe programmes. The discussions held in Hamburg led to the conclusion that a separate meeting for Managing Authorities is needed to discuss in detail the programme finances, programme cash flow and liquidity.

The meeting aims at bringing together programmes Managing Authorities (MAs) from North-East Europe to discuss and exchange on issues of common concern.
