The webinar objective is to present and explain the basic requirements of the GDPR, discuss the concepts introduced in the regulation and relate them to the context of an Interreg programme. Also, we will discuss the functions of the data processor and data controller, the basis for data processing applicable for programmes as well as the rights of the data subjects.

The webinar will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting from 10.30 AM (CET). Two other sessions will be organised on 9 May and 12 June.
