This webinar focuses on the basic requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The objective of the webinar is to discuss the concepts introduced in the regulation and relate them to the context of an Interreg programme. We will discuss the functions of the data processor and data controller, the basis for data processing applicable for programmes as well as the rights of the data subjects.
