The transnational programmes and Member State representatives will meet for the 3rd time in Berlin in order to continue discussing ideas for Interreg post-2020 with a special attention to transnational programmes. After having exchanged views on the reasons why we cooperate and what are we good at, we will move on to discussing the "how" - in other words, the pre-conditions for Interreg post-2020. The focus of the meeting will be the territorial context and a measurement system for transnational programmes post-2020.
