Outline and Objective

In response to the high level of interest indicated by CBC programmes, Interact is organising an online session dedicated to exchange on practices and actions reacting to the COVID-19 virus.

During the event, participants will have the opportunity to discuss and exchange on:

• different practices and procedures for how programmes can support projects in smooth implementation during the COVID-19 crisis (i.e., the possibility for prolongations, changes in delivery, etc.);
• different practices and procedures connected to programme implementation (i.e., how to conduct on-the-spot visits, reporting to the EC, etc.);
• proactive approaches towards the COVID-19 crisis by, for example, organising dedicated calls for projects with the aim of counteracting the crisis.

Target Group

This event is aimed at staff of Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities involved in project and programme management, both in content and in finance.
