Preparation of the first calls: what, when, how

The new Interreg Regulation will be published soon and programmes will kick off the implementation phase. Preparing and launching the first calls is paramount for a successful start into the 2021-2027 programming period.
What key aspects will Interreg programmes consider when planning, preparing, and launching the call?
When do they plan to launch them?
How will the programmes approach the preparation process of their first call?
We will discuss these and other related aspects with all the participants during our interactive workshop. The aim of the workshop is:
- to share and exchange your experience with regard to the planning, preparation, and launch of the first call(s);
- to discuss any concerns and jointly reflect on the different options and possible scenarios when considering the first call(s);
- to streamline efficient approaches given the specificities of Interreg programmes’ context
Please be aware that this is an interactive workshop. Hence, we expect an active contribution from all the participants during the whole workshop.
We kindly ask you to answer the registration questions accurately. We will use the information you will give us there as input for the discussions.
The target group of the workshop is MA/JS staff involved in overall programme management (planning, monitoring, and implementation).
The event is fully booked.
