With this event we would like to develop a shared intervention logic and apply it to the different Policy Objectives (PO) respectively the Interreg Specific Objectives (ISO).

Starting from the Annex 1 (Common output and result indicators for ERDF and the Cohesion Fund) and the Indicator Fiche we will try to define the cornerstones of the future intervention logic. In the working sessions on the different POs you will have the possibility to discuss and set up an intervention logic from the PO over the Specific Objective (SO) to the output and result indicators.

We would like to make the meeting very interactive, in concrete terms we would like to:

• Discuss the tentative intervention logic and the interpretation of the POs respectively the ISO(s)
• Identify areas within Policy Objectives well covered by Common Indicators on Outputs and Results, and
• Highlight major gaps implying the need for complementary, program-specific indicators.

• Propose harmonised programme-specific indicators to cover these gaps

The target group of the meeting are evaluation managers from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities.

Throughout the event David Alba of the Evaluation Unit (EC, DG REGIO) and Beate Grajnert of Unit D2 (EC, DG REGIO) will be present.
