We will run the 8th project management camp (PMC) in June 2019. The camp is designed mostly for beginners in Interreg programmes.

Please note that this will be the last PMC for the 2014-2020 period. Should you require this type of training at a later date (after this final PMC), please contact us. 

The training will address all phases of the project management cycle, providing you with an understanding of the requirements of each of these phases in the context of the 2014-2020 Interreg programmes. During the camp you will work on developing your facilitation skills, focusing on practical tips for improving/strengthening your work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus helping you work more efficiently with these groups.

The training is designed for programme-level staff from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities from all Interreg programmes who are involved in project generation, development and implementation. We will not be discussing programme-level procedures during the event. Our focus will be on different aspects related to the project management cycle.
