In response to numerous requests form the programmes, Interact is holding another Programme Management Camp.

The training will address all phases of the project management cycle, providing you with an understanding of the requirements of each phase of the cycle in the context of the Interreg projects.
During the Camp, you will work on developing your facilitation, presentation and plain language skills, focusing on practical tips for improving/strengthening your work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus helping you work more efficiently with these groups. 

It is important for would-be participants to understand that the training is targeted at new staff, from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities, who are interested in learning more about project management. We will not be discussing programme-level procedures during this event. If you are in any doubt about whether or not the PMC is suitable for you, given your background and experience, please call us before registering.
