As a result of great interest in our previous Project Management Camps on the topic Project Management in the context of Interreg Programmes, more Camps are now being planned.

The training will address all phases of the project management cycle, providing participants with an understanding of the requirements of each phase of the cycle in the context of the 2014-2020 Interreg Programmes. Participants will work on developing their facilitation skills, focusing on practical tips for improving/strengthening their work with project applicants and beneficiaries, thus helping them work more efficiently with these groups. 

The training is designed for programme-level staff from Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities from all Interreg Programmes who are involved in project generation, development and implementation. We will not be discussing programme-level procedures during this event. Our focus will be on different aspects of the project management cycle.

This event is not intended for project partners/lead partners.

Registration is now open. Please note that priority will be given to accepting participants from Malta, Italy and Cyprus. Should any places remain by the end of November, we will then accept other participants.
