EU citizens consider environmental protection to be of crucial importance. The European Union has some of the most ambitious environmental protection rules and policies in the world. However, their proper implementation remains a major cause of concerns to society. That is the reason why, the Interreg stand aims at promoting Interreg projects and results, by showing environmental projects’ impact on the ground. It will also provide a broader picture of Interreg’s actions in the Climate Change Network, to allow visitors to get information about regional legislation toward environmental objectives and funding projects opportunities within the Interreg community.
