The new set of rules for small-scale project and Small Project Fund (SPF) are out.

Firstly, we will discuss the implications of the provisions for different implementation models and management approaches in order to encourage reflection on the most adequate approaches.

Secondly, we will look into financial management of small-scale projects and the SPF: the use of SCOs could become a real game changer and lever for efficient management.
