Article 53(3) CPR offers 5 methods to establish simplified cost options (SCOs). One of them is a draft budget calculation method. In this workshop, we would like to discuss specifics of this method (e.g., case-by-case assessment, cost benchmarks, using method for small-scale and small projects).
