This is a closed training event, available exclusively to the experts of the European Commission, REGIO Communication Matrix program. The training is organised by the initiative of the Commission and is based on our online course 10 common mistakes in digital communication, available for freeon Interact's Online Learning Platform.

The idea is to provide all members of the Matrix with education that will help mainstream communication activities for Member States and managing authorities; increase knowledge of digital communication trends, with a focus on the current pandemic crisis and how digital events and meetings are becoming commonplace, and highlight the importance and impact of communication.

The training has two aspects - one to help Matrix members internally, by increasing knowledge of digital communication in the form of meetings, use of social media and digital events, and the other to educate Matrix members to contribute to Member States' communication activities and programs.
