Coordination and cooperation across programmes

Wednesday, 13 September, 2017 to Thursday, 14 September, 2017
Tallinn, Estonia

Background

Since 2014, Interact actively supports ideas and work in the field of coordination and cooperation involving different funding sources, within and beyond Interreg. Our services aim at:

  • Creating a good understanding and supportive approach towards the idea of coordination and cooperation across programmes;
  • Exploring and improving the necessary preconditions for cross-programme coordination and cooperation (competences, skills, capacities, set-up etc.);
  • Developing practical ways of making coordination and cooperation across programmes a reality.

We are certain that working closer with other funding sources makes greater impact on the territory and cumulates effect of the investment in the territory. Interreg programmes, being part of a broader picture, contribute to better address shared challenges.

Target group

Programmes interested in learning about and sharing own coordination and cooperation experiences. The event is open for participation of Interreg programmes and any other funding sources supporting activities under topic of employment and labour mobility. The main target group are representatives from Interreg Managing Authorities and Joint Secretariats as the ones dealing with project generation, assessment, support and monitoring.

Objectives

The event aims at illustrating coordination and cooperation experiences but also at giving an opportunity to get to know more about other programmes and funds supporting activities in the field of employment and labour mobility. It will also address a question on how coordination and cooperation can happen, its benefits and aspects to be considered.
