In November 2021, Interact launched a pilot “Capacity building programme for capacity builders in the EU macro-regional strategies” (MRS). Overall this Programme aims to develop and enhance the capacity of the MRS support units, thus strengthening overall MRS performance. 

During 6 learning modules, participants explored MRS concepts, governance and implementation processes; they made sense of the MRS as complex, dynamic and multi-agent systems. Module 7 invites participants to engage in peer-to-peer exercise, designing or fine-tuning their own capacity building initiative/activity and collecting peer's feedback. In addition, the last Module will also ask for self-reflection on developed capacities for better performance.
