EU macro-regional strategies (MRS) are multi-agent systems operating in complex environments. Leadership capability of the governance stakeholders is crucial to unlocking success in such a complex environment.

This Module aims to gain clarity of the connection between governance and leadership as factors of MRS capacity and to explore own (support unit’s) role and leadership responsibility in MRS implementation. In a framework of this Programme, leadership is understood as the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.
