Building successful partnerships

Based on a number of requests from Interreg Programmes and their Monitoring Committee members, we have planned a series of events aimed at helping staff of Interreg Programmes find solutions to management challenges. This event will be dedicated to one aspect of project quality; namely, successful partnerships. 

Successful partnerships are thought to be a key element in proper project delivery, both in content and in operational aspects. So, we would like to give programmes the opportunity to take a step back and think about what successful partnerships mean to them. What are the main challenges when building successful partnerships? How can they overcome these challenges?

We foresee that the workshop will be based on contributions from all participants, in that we expect them to participate actively in discussions, and present their programme practices. We will mainly facilitate the workshop and lead the discussion to conclusions that can be shared Europe-wide.

The event is intended for experienced staff of Interreg Programmes, mainly from Joint Secretariats, who are advising their projects during the development stage, as well as those involved in project assessment and implementation.
