This online Q&A is part of the overall Leuven 2.0 package on 'Bringing territoriality into Interreg' and a follow-up to the presentations (see video below) by Nathalie Verschelde (EC DG Regio), Eduardo Medeiros (Lisbon University Institute, ISCTE) and Jean Peyrony (Transfrontier Operational Mission, MOT) on the relevance and notion of territoriality and functional areas.
