Implementation of the new programme period is underway. Most programmes have passed the first couple of application calls, and projects are reporting on costs and activities. First audits will soon follow. 

Simplified Cost Options (SCOs) were implemented for this programme period to help reduce the administrative burden for programmes and projects. However, there are still many uncertainties and different approaches regarding the application and audit of SCOs - which is why we will work during this meeting to find common solutions, to reduce the risk of misunderstanding, and to harmonize the view of SCOs.

The meeting will run from lunch to lunch. On day 1 we will discuss questions regarding audit and interpretation of SCOs, and on day 2 we will follow-up by looking for possible solutions.
