The 2nd capitalisation meeting dealing with institutional capacity (TO11) is going to focus on innovative practices in multi-level governance, as well as the upcoming regulatory framework. It builds upon the outcomes of the first meeting held in Paris on 19-20 March 2018. It is going to be held back-to-back with the Public Administration and Governance Platform of the ESF on 23 October.
