The HIT Core Group members have the mandate to discuss and develop the Harmonised Implementation Tools for the 2021-2027 programme period.

The aims of this first meeting of the HIT Core Group are to:

- agree on the working principles of the group

- agree on the procedures and timeframe of the development process

- discuss the tools for "Project Selection"

As agreed during the HIT kick-off meeting in Berlin, the development should be process-driven. This means that the development will follow the main stages of the programme life-cycle, providing harmonised solutions for both programme- and project implementation.
